Where We Deliver To

At the moment we only ship to UK addresses.

You can always contact us to discuss if you want things sent elsewhere. Brexit has made things a little tricky to send orders to Europe, but it is always possible!

How Much Is Postage?

£3.50 per order (UK addresses only).

If you are in St Ives and would prefer to pick it up from us, you can enter in code STIVESLOCALPICKUP which will give you FREE delivery.

When Will My Order Arrive?

Orders take a few days to arrive. We are a small business doing everything ourselves, so things will take a bit longer than Amazon.

When possible, we do post things ASAP, so hopefully you won't have long to wait for your order.

We hope our unique products are worth the small wait!

What Postal Carrier Do You Use?

We send everything out by Royal Mail. This usually takes 1-2 working days, but this is entirely dependent on Royal Mail. We can't guarantee a delivery date.

Where Will My Order Be Dispatched From?

All orders for the game are posted from St Ives, Cornwall. If you are really interested we take our parcels down into town and post them from either the Wharf Post Office or the little post office on Tregenna Hill. If you have visited St Ives, you most likely have walked past both post offices (and possibly walked past me too!).

Most of our printed products are posted from our printers who are based up country, but still in the UK. Some of them are posted from here in St Ives too.

Everything is posted from the UK - nothing comes from overseas.

PAYMENT INFORMATION

Our website is powered by a very secure system called Shopify. We use Shopify payments and Paypal to process all of the payments. This means we don't ever get to see or collate your payment information.

We accept payment by all normal credit and debit cards plus paypal accounts.
