1. Freddies Proper Sweets and Treats
LOCATION: 6 Tregenna Hill, St Ives TR26 1SF
Freddies is an Aladdins Cave of sweets and treats. From pick n mix to rock, fudge to jars of endless tempting sweeties. It is a small shop on the busy Tregenna Hill, just up the road from A1 cars. Pop in with your spending money and take a trip back to your childhood days.
2. Rubydoobys
LOCATION: 2 Court Arcade, Wharf Rd, St Ives TR26 1LG
A lovely little shop tucked away in Court Arcade on Wharf Road. They do vegan pick n mix and sell all sorts of things your child will be desperate to buy!
3. The Cornish Candy Shoppe
LOCATION: 52A Fore St, St Ives TR26 1HE
This is a family run business who still cook their fudge in copper pans. This makes their fudge taste out of this world amazing!
4. I Should Coco
LOCATION: 13 Tregenna Pl, St Ives TR26 1SD
This is an amazing chocolate shop! They hand make their chocolate on site using Cornish cream and an much local fruit and ingredients as possible. Their chocolate slabs are always a big hit in our house, as are the chocolate lego bricks! They run chocolate making workshops too.
5. Cornwalls Chocolate Cove
LOCATION: The Drill Hall, St Ives TR26 2LR
Tucked into the lovely Drill Hall just off Royal Square is Cornwalls Chocolate Cove. They make "healthy" chocolate which is vegan, palm oil free and gluten, soya and refined sugar free. They make the most amazing artisan handmade raw chocolate and alternative truffely fudge.
6. Rolys Fudge Shop
LOCATION: 22 Fore St, St Ives TR26 1AB
You can't walk along Fore St without smelling the delicious fudge cooking in Roly's Fudge shop. It lures me in far too much! My absolute favourite is their Sea Salt fudge which has contributed to my ever expanding waistline over the last year or so! It's sweet, salty, crumbly and buttery and incredibly more-ish.
7. Myrings Of St Ives
LOCATION: 55 Fore St, St Ives TR26 1HE
8. Fudge Kyst
LOCATION: 48 Fore St, St Ives TR26 1HE
Fudge Kyst make their fudge using an open flame and wooden paddle, which gives their fudge a unique and delicious flavour.
9. Flapjackery
LOCATION: 64 Fore St, St Ives TR26 1HW
The shop that moves into Ferrells shoes needed to be good. Flapjackery is great! Okay it's not exactly sweets and fudge, but they sell the most delicious, buttery flapjacks which are as treaty as any sweets!
