Christmas just isn’t Christmas without a visit to see Santa. I can’t work out if my children love it or hate it. They always seemed slightly shell shocked by it, but they want to visit him again every year.
Last year we went to the fabulous Trebah Gardens to visit Father Christmas. My goodness, the queue was long. But it was really worth it. It was one of the nicest Santa’s grottos, with a really kind Father Christmas. And the elves workshop was amazing!

FATHER CHRISTMAS IN ST IVES
Have Breakfast Or Tea With Santa At Wyevale Garden Centre, Lelant

St Ives Father Christmas Arrives In The Harbour

Come down to St Ives harbour to greet Father Christmas when he arrives on with high tide at 6pm with a little help from the RNLI.

Come along and meet Santa, stroke his reindeer, sit in his sleigh, tell him your Christmas wishes, get an orange, a special gift plus take part in some fun Christmas crafts or cosy up and watch a festive film! Everyone who meets Santa also gets a voucher for a soft play session at Base Camp in January. For the adults there is a lovely Christmas Fair.
Santa At The Eden Project, St Austell
24th November to 24th December 2018 various times on different dates
You need to have purchased admission to The Eden Project, or have a pass. Tickets to see Santa then cost around £5 per child but you also have to pay per adult. There are family tickets available which make it cheaper. Each visit lasts approx 45 minutes and it is advisable to book online before you make the journey.
Inside the cosy tent you’ll get to see ‘behind the scenes’, including the elves’ bunkbeds, the pigeonholes full of children’s letters, and all the stockings laid out ready for the big day.
After settling down for a story beside an open fire, each child can enjoy a special moment with the man in red.

Write a letter to Father Christmas and explore the Gardens with our magical Christmas Trail. You and your family will meet Father Christmas and his elves in a cosy setting nestled in the garden. Each child will receive a small traditional gift.
Santa At Trebah, Near Falmouth

This Christmas the elves have taken up residence at Trebah, building a fantastical factory. Watch them hand craft unique gifts just in time for you to collect your very own from Santa himself.

Board the Santa Train bound for Santa’s magical Christmas grotto where children will meet and receive a specially selected gift from Santa himself!
A time will be given upon arrival to meet Santa. Numbers are strictly limited during Christmas offering a very special visit. Visitors must enter on the booked train but are welcome to return on any available return train.
Santa By Steam – Bodmin
1st, 2nd, 8th, 9th, 15th, 16th, 21st, 22nd, 23rd and 24th December 2018 from 10am
Tickets cost £13.00 to £15.00 (date dependant)
Enjoy a one hour return journey on a steam hauled train with festive drinks and snacks. There will be a visit to see Santa on board with a present for each child.
